Battle of the Caribbean
The remake of Corsairs, a strategy action adventure game released in 1999, in which you engage in naval combat to conquer the caribbean islands.
Play the role of a privateer in the service of England, France, Holland, Spain or Denmark, seeking to gain fame and wealth for his country.
The game, playable in solo or up to four players online, is based on management oriented gameplay, combining trading, naval combat and city upgrade, as well as a new ship and city boarding phase.
As Lead Game Designer during the early stages of production, my tasks were the following:
- Overall design supervision
- Design of the boarding system
- Drafting of documentation
- Integration
- Balancing (ships/units)
